I’m Not Who I Was

When you are down or feeling challenged, reach for uplifting, spiritual music. I promise you, if you do this on a regular basis, you will feel the positivity of the spirit begin to fill you. Think about it…secular music reminds us of what we don’t have, what we think we need, how mad we are at the world, how we want to hurt who hurt us, or how in control we think we are…but nonsecular music reminds us of God; that He IS there, that He loves us, that no matter what the storm, we are NEVER alone. He never promised we wouldn’t have trails, but He said he would never leave us.  (Deut. 31:6, 8, Joshua 1:5, 1 Kings 8:57) Even though times are rough, He is forever present. Praise be to our omni present Jesus Christ!
